crixcex Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

1 General Terms

By accessing crixcex.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced within it, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

crixcex reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account no fewer than 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the crixcex platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and crixcex with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering on crixcex, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) unless you have disclosed this status to crixcex prior to account registration;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a crixcex employee.

crixcex requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. KYC review is completed within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days.

If crixcex determines, at any point, that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately. All deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings generated will be forfeited. crixcex reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To use the real-money features of crixcex, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) crixcex account. It is strictly prohibited to open, operate, or benefit from multiple accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether registered under the same name, email, mobile number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — crixcex reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or close all associated accounts;
• Void any bets placed across the duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits accumulated across the duplicate accounts;
• Retain net winnings attributable to bonus abuse pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. crixcex will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials are your sole responsibility.

All information provided during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or submitting forged documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

You must notify crixcex promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting [email protected]. crixcex cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payment processing issues arising from outdated account information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on crixcex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crixcex does not charge players any transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full before the associated balance becomes withdrawable;
• crixcex reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected;
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. crixcex does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

If a deposit fails to credit to your crixcex balance, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number. crixcex will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 48 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days. crixcex is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors beyond our direct control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

crixcex offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time the offer is communicated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled exclusively using real-money bets; bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages per game category are published in each promotion's terms. As a general guideline, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports bets contribute at the rate defined per promotion. Table game and video poker contributions may be restricted.

crixcex actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or hedged betting designed to unlock bonus funds without genuine wagering risk; collusion between accounts to manufacture qualifying activity; use of multiple accounts to claim single-account promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, crixcex reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the offending account(s).

Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. crixcex reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe that the player is not participating in good faith or in the spirit of the offer.

crixcex may run special promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and ICC events. Specific terms for these promotions will be published on the crixcex platform ahead of each event.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using crixcex, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with crixcex;
• Opening or operating more than one crixcex account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit written permission from crixcex;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to circumvent anti-money laundering controls;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing crixcex staff or other players via any communication channel.

You are responsible for managing your own gambling activity within your financial means. crixcex provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion. You are encouraged to make use of these tools if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control. Details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

All communications with crixcex — whether via email, live chat, or any other channel — must be conducted respectfully and in good faith. crixcex reserves the right to terminate support interactions and take further action against accounts where abusive, threatening, or harassing language is directed toward our staff.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your crixcex account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, crixcex will process the closure within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus-related wagering obligations. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

crixcex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against crixcex without first contacting our support team;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, crixcex will notify the player via their registered email address. During the suspension period, access to the account and to any funds therein may be restricted. The player retains the right to request information regarding the reason for suspension via [email protected].

An account is considered dormant if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. crixcex will notify the player via email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting [email protected].

Players who wish to exclude themselves from crixcex for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by emailing [email protected]. Available exclusion periods are 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, crixcex will use reasonable endeavours to prevent promotional communications from reaching the excluded player.

8 Limitation of Liability

crixcex provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to maintain service availability and accuracy, crixcex makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

crixcex does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary downtime. crixcex will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. We are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

crixcex reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Bets placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical or human error;
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event that were accepted due to a feed latency error;
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means;
• Bets placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Where bets are voided under the conditions above, stakes will be returned to the player's crixcex balance within 24 hours of the void decision being made.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crixcex's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

crixcex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government action, natural disasters, internet service disruptions, cyber attacks, or failures of third-party payment processors.
